STEP 1: Locate Products

Paste the product link you want into the Joyagoo search bar. You can also search using keywords or images and choose results from platforms like Taobao, Tmall, or 1688.

Helpful notes:

• Joyagoo supports multiple sources including Taobao, Tmall, JD, 1688, Yupoo, and Weidian.

• If direct searching doesn’t work (for example on Yupoo, WeChat, or Xianyu), use the “DIY Orders” option by manually entering product details to complete the purchase.

STEP 2: Place Your Order

Select your preferred color, size, and quantity, then add the item to your cart or proceed to checkout.

STEP 3: Make Payment

Complete payment using your chosen method, covering both the item price and domestic shipping within China.

Note: Payments are transferred directly to the seller. Any returns or exchanges are handled between buyer and seller, while Joyagoo may assist as a communication intermediary if necessary.

STEP 4: Processing Stage (“Processing” → “Purchased”)

Once submitted, the order status will show as “Processing.” Joyagoo agents will purchase the item for you. After completion, it updates to “Purchased,” and you can request order updates anytime.

STEP 5: Seller Shipment (“Shipped by Seller”)

When the seller dispatches the item, the status changes to “Shipped by Seller.” Delivery to the Joyagoo warehouse typically takes a few days, though delays may occur. Support staff can help follow up if needed.

STEP 6: Warehouse Arrival & QC (“Arrived” → “QC Completed”)

Once the item arrives at the warehouse, Joyagoo performs a quality inspection and provides QC photos, which you can view in your order details.

• You have 5 days after QC to request a return or exchange

• After this period, return eligibility depends on the seller’s policy

STEP 7: Free Storage Period (“Stored”)

Items can be stored in the warehouse free of charge for up to 90 days. If needed, storage can be extended through the warehouse panel for a small fee.

STEP 8: Create Your Parcel Shipment

When ready, select your items, enter your address, choose a shipping method, and pay the international shipping fee.

• Submit Parcel: Pay an estimated shipping cost first; final charges are adjusted after packing

• Rehearsal Shipping: Pay a 20 CNY fee for pre-packing and accurate shipping calculation in advance

Tips:

• Some products may have shipping restrictions, which are automatically detected

• Optional services such as reinforced packaging, repacking, and insurance are available before shipment

STEP 9: Coupons & Final Shipping Payment

Apply available coupons to reduce shipping costs (only one coupon can be used per order).

• Shipping fees depend on weight, dimensions, destination, and courier choice

• Final costs may be adjusted after packing, with differences refunded or charged accordingly

STEP 10: Track Your Parcel

Use the parcel tracking section in your account to monitor shipping progress.

Important:

• International shipping may face delays, customs inspections, taxes, or rare risks such as loss or damage

• Joyagoo does not control logistics or customs processes but provides assistance when issues occur

• Insurance options are available for extra protection

STEP 11: Receive & Review

After receiving your order, you can leave feedback or click “Claim Reward” on the product or parcel page. Rewards may be available for participation.
